The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, especially when it came to our late check-in.
During our one-night stay in the Studio, Disability Access room, we found the street noise quite bothersome, which made it hard to relax. the mattress felt uncomfortably hard, leaving us both restless. Lastly, the quality of the bedding seemed rather low, resulting in a less than ideal sleeping experience.

A quiet spot in Christchurch 🌳
Ah man, the chommie at reception was so helpful, really made my stay better. The room was lekker clean and neat, and the balcony was perfect for drying laundry. Absolutely loved the fresh air!
But flippen hell, the road noise was shocking, couldn't catch a decent sleep with all that traffic.

the atmosphere was somewhat nice, but the heater in the bathroom barely warmed up. I couldn’t get decent wifi because I was stuck sharing every ounce, which is just unacceptable. I mean, surely as a valued person, I woudl ve been given a courtesy upgrade for all the trouble? almost gave a good review but just couldn't, really.

Cutting through the noise
A spacious room with a chic modern bathroom made my stay enjoyable. Cleanliness was impeccable, and daily service kept everything fresh. The manager’s warm hospitality added a personal touch. While the busy road caused some noise, my apartment was quiet and peaceful, especially with the lovely little balcony to relax on.

We booked a Deluxe Studio with Spa Bath for 2 nights. The room was comfy and the spa bath was a nice bonus after a long day. Loved the free Netflix access! Check-in was smooth even though we were late. Only downside was that while the place was neat, the decor felt a bit dated, and the pillows were on the soft side for my taste.

Had an awesome time with friends! Staff was super welcoming, and we loved the clean room and great amenities. It was close to Hagley Park and the golf course. Perfect spot for hanging out. The kitchen was handy too, and we appreciated the near cafes. Highly recommend it for group trips!
One downside was the customer service issue we noticed.
